Challenge

Promotional campaign planning was managed across disconnected, non-standardized spreadsheets, making it impossible to analyse and track campaign performance.

Solution

We introduced a standardized Excel template for the marketing team to re-use for campaign planning. We used Power BI to connect the marketing plans with sales data and created an automated report for tracking campaign execution.
